What we collect

When you request a valuation we collect what you enter: property address, building details, your plans, name, email and phone. We also note which page or ad brought you to the site. The instant estimate tool runs in your browser and does not send anything unless you submit the form.

How we use it

Only to prepare your valuation and to follow up about your property. If you checked the consent box, we may call, text or email you. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us by email.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your information. We never contact your tenants.

Service providers

Form submissions are stored by our website host and may be passed to our email and CRM tools only to respond to you.

Your rights
